Karen is the Girls and Young Women's Worker. It is her job to develop and support projects, activities and services for girls and young women in the Leith area - fun stuff and important stuff.
"I really enjoy working with young people and the opportunity to support and develop projects which I believe will increase their confidence and develop their existing skills and develop new skills, as well as having a great time and making magical memories. I believe the Citadel has the potential to increase the opportunities for children and young people because staff, management committee and young people share the dream."
