Willy has been manager of the Citadel since 2003, when he returned to us after enjoying his time as project worker here so much between 1995 and 2000 - that's over a decade with the Citadel and he hasn't aged a bit!
"I love the energy everyone brings to the place! The young people, the staff and the management committee keep things moving and exciting. The Citadel is now 30years old, and I hope some of the young people attending will go on to send their own children to the Citadel in another 30 years- just like their parents who attended the Citadel in the 1980s are doing now!"
