Individual support
Our individual support is for young people who want to spend some time with a youth worker talking about stuff and working on finding solutions to things they are finding difficult.
You can ask for this kind of help if you want it - we are always here to listen.
Sometimes teachers or other adults recommend our support to young people.
You can talk to us privately (check out our confidentiality policy).
C: Card
Citadel is a C: Card Plus Point. That means we can help young people ages 13 and over be healthy and safe with access to information and free condoms if you need them. We respect young people and treat them fairly. We respect your confidentiality (check out our confidentiality policy) and provide a private space for you Our workers are trained to provide a good service to you.
Registering for a C: Card
With a C: Card you can go to any C: Card Point (or C: Card Plus Point if you are 13-15).
Registration is free and all you need is your name and date of birth. We don't need your address.
The C: Card has your individual number on it. It fits in your purse or wallet.
