Anti-Bullying Policy
We want the Citadel to be a welcoming place. If we see bullying we ask young people to stop, or we give them Time Out. We try to help bullies stop and we try to help everyone have positive attitudes to others.
Confidentiality Policy
We respect young people's privacy. We only pass information outside the Citadel team if young people give their permission or if we feel young people are in danger.
Child Protection Policy
Adults use the term ‘child protection' to describe the things we should do to help young people be safe and free from harm or abuse. At the Citadel adults are there to listen and help.
